Decision on the Appointment of Personal Data Protection Officer

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 40 of the Articles of Association of the UC Čistoća Ltd and Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act (OG 106/12), the Director of the UC Čistoća Ltd, on 21.01.2014, adopted the Decision on the Appointment of Personal Data Protection Officer.
Company employee Doris Vujnović, LLB, is appointed as the Personal Data Protection Officer.
The Personal Data Protection Officer performs the duties as prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Act (Article 18 a, etc.).
